Employees accrue paid time off at a rate that increases with tenure. Requests should be submitted at least two weeks in advance where practical, and are subject to manager approval and team coverage.
Remote work is available to most roles. Employees are expected to remain reachable during core hours and to maintain a suitable working environment. Equipment stipends are provided on an annual basis.
