ffmpeg is licensed under the GNU General Public License, version 3 (or later), because that build
enables GPL-only components (libx264 for H.264 video, libxvid, ...). It is aggregated with, not
linked into, this library: the Python code in VirtualDesktop is MIT-licensed and invokes ffmpeg as a
separate process over a pipe.

If you do not want a GPL binary in your environment, delete this file or build the pure-Python wheel
(``py3-none-any``); recording falls back to an ffmpeg from IMAGEIO_FFMPEG_EXE, an installed
imageio-ffmpeg, or PATH, and .gif / frame-sequence output never needs ffmpeg at all.
