    Ignore policy by antenna & item category

    Each antenna allows only its categories (or denies a few). A tag's category comes from the catalog (match by EPC prefix, GS1 GTIN, or company prefix). Example: line 4 → allow pails ignores everything else on antenna 4.

    Tag operations read / write memory, rewrite EPC
