Kaizen-3C / kaizen-cli

This software is published as part of the Kaizen-3C project
(https://kaizen-3c.dev), a software-industry reframe of the original
Kaizen 3C method (Concern, Cause, Countermeasure) as Code, Compose,
and Compliance.

This repository contains the open-source CLI core of the Kaizen-3C
toolchain. See https://kaizen-3c.dev for the fuller brand, feature
tiers, and legal structure.

2026. Copyright in the work published here is presently held by the
named human author(s), not by the brand or by the company: the written
instrument assigning the project's intellectual property to Kaizen-3C
LLC is prepared but not yet executed. This NOTICE will be updated again
on execution to reflect the new chain of title.
