  <p class="text-sm opacity-70 mb-4">Leave the SSH host blank when BioQueue is on the cluster and can run <span class="font-mono">sbatch</span>, <span class="font-mono">bsub</span>, <span class="font-mono">qsub</span>, or <span class="font-mono">condor_submit</span> itself. Set an SSH host for remote Slurm. Blank remote paths inherit <span class="font-mono">cluster.*</span>, then <span class="font-mono">/home/&lt;ssh user&gt;/bioqueue-scripts</span> and <span class="font-mono">/home/&lt;ssh user&gt;/workdir</span>. Start the process with <span class="font-mono">python -m worker --slave &lt;name&gt;</span>.</p>
