Ported: the weakref-parent contextvar idiom for async-safe scope propagation
(langsmith/_internal/_context.py) — adapted (not copied) in
src/tokentriage/_context.py to hold the parent step by weakref with contextvars
token reset on scope exit, avoiding the asyncio context-leak. No LangChain code,
name, or branding is bundled; only the technique is reused, re-implemented, and
attributed here per Apache-2.0 NOTICE discipline.
