# wizelit-client

Shared device-link authentication and credential storage for Wizelit CLI and ACP clients.

Credentials are stored in `~/.wizelit/credentials.json` after browser pairing.

## AI-DLC for Wizelit (`wizelit-aidlc`)

This sets up [AI-DLC](https://github.com/awslabs/aidlc-workflows) for Wizelit in a project. It runs on macOS and Linux only.

You only need your Wizelit login: the AI-DLC bundle is downloaded through the Wizelit hub. Log in once if you haven't:

```bash
wizelit-agent auth login
```

(In an IDE, `uvx wizelit-acp auth login`.) Then, from the project:

```bash
wizelit-agent aidlc init
```

From an IDE, without the CLI:

```bash
uvx --from wizelit-client wizelit-aidlc init
```

The other commands are:

- `doctor` checks that the project is ready for `/aidlc` and prints a fix for each failure.
- `upgrade` refreshes the AI-DLC files to the release this Wizelit pins. It never touches `aidlc/spaces/*/intents`.

`init` makes these changes:

- **Engine:** installs the pinned `aidlc` engine under `~/.local/share/wizelit/aidlc`. It does not touch your own `aidlc`, and it does not change your `PATH`.
- **Project files:** adds `.wizelit/`, `aidlc/` and `.aidlc-version` to the project, plus marked blocks in `AGENTS.md` and `.gitignore`. Commit them.
- **Hooks:** shows the project's hook commands and asks you to trust them. `--trust` skips the prompt.

Re-running `init` is safe. It refreshes AI-DLC's own files and keeps your workspace, memory and audit. A file you edited stops the refresh before anything is written; `--force` overwrites it.

Downloads honor `HTTPS_PROXY`. Offline installs: `--bundle <aidlc-wizelit-runtime-*.tar.gz>` (with its `.sha256` next to it) and `--engine-from <upstream release dir>`. Either way the bundle must match the checksum this Wizelit pins.
