Book Ludhiana slots in SlotHarbour before 17:00 on the previous day. Pharma uses dock 2, dairy uses docks 5 and 6, and frozen food uses dock 1. The old slot-sync link on the left broke when the calendar moved and should not be used for new bookings.
No unloading is planned between 14:20 and 14:55 because the ammonia plant runs the daily defrost check. Late arrival goes to the north holding lane, call the shift lead, no automatic cancellation.
Pharma arrivals get 25 minutes grace. Dairy arrivals get 15 minutes grace. Frozen arrivals get 5 minutes grace because the freezer-to-reefer movement is short and the hardening room loses band quickly.
Jalandhar still assigns night slots by phone. Call Elango Subramani before 19:00 and write the slot on the guard register. Do not idle reefers inside the yard after 22:00; the yard backs onto housing. Rain cover over rear pallets is mandatory during monsoon unloading.

A late arrival goes to the north holding lane and the shift lead is called. Booking is never cancelled automatically at Ludhiana, whatever the calendar says on the screen. If the slot is pharma critical, the shift lead also checks that a hold wallet is ready before moving the vehicle to dock 2.
