MYSURU NIGHT SHIFT HANDOVER LOG — OKAPI FROZEN LOGISTICS
Shift lead: Tanmay Joshi
Night of 2026-05-11 into 2026-05-12
Register: OKF-NIGHT-REG-7

21:40 Handover taken from evening shift. 11 reefers on yard, 2 hired.
Two pallets still on hold in OKF-Q3 from Saturday, paperwork with Quality.

22:05 Room OKF-F2 (ice cream) alarm, -17.4 C against a -20.0 C target.
Placed spare logger next to the stock. Original sensor LEFT IN PLACE.
Called Leela Nambiar. She said watch for 20 min before calling Quality.

22:31 Recovered to -20.6 C. Duration 26 min, which is over our 15 min rule for
the hardening room, so I opened a quality event anyway. OKF-F-11 number
       is 2026-0214.

23:15 Truck OKF-482 door-open event on the Hunsur road. Driver says he stopped
for the toll queue and the seal is intact. Told him NOT to touch the
telematics unit while moving. He parked at the plaza and called back.

00:20 Dock 3 leveller sticking again. Third time this month. Raised with the
workshop, they will look at it Wednesday. Dairy loads moved to dock 2.

01:05 Guard cabin tablet lost network for 40 min. Wrote readings by hand in the
register as per the procedure. IT ticket OKF-IT-3391.

02:50 Ammonia plant defrost check ran late because the fitter was on the other
site. No unloading 02:50 to 03:25.

04:10 Quality called back on 2026-0214. Disposition pending, stock stays in
OKF-Q3, do not release on day shift without her signature.

05:45 Yard walk. All seals checked against the dispatch notes. One mismatch on
a hired truck — seal number written as 88431, actual 88481. Corrected on
the note, both signed, gate informed.

06:20 Handover to day shift (Kavya Reddy). Outstanding:
         - quality event 2026-0214, stock on hold in OKF-Q3
         - dock 3 leveller
         - guard cabin tablet ticket OKF-IT-3391
         - seal correction on the hired truck, both copies signed

NOTE PINNED TO THIS REGISTER SINCE LAST YEAR:
Do not troubleshoot a telematics device while the vehicle is moving. Park
first. If a manager says "just reach", call Fleet Control and ask them to
  record the instruction.
