Book Nagpur slots in Dockwise before 16:00 on the previous day. Pharma uses dock 4, dairy uses docks 1 and 2, and frozen food uses dock 5. The old Kalpa slot sync link on the left is broken and should not be used for new bookings.
No unloading is planned between 13:10 and 13:40 because the ammonia plant runs the daily defrost check. Late arrival goes to holding lane B, call shift lead, no automatic cancellation.
Pharma arrivals get 15 minutes grace. Dairy arrivals get 20 minutes grace. Frozen arrivals get 10 minutes grace because the freezer-to-reefer movement is shorter and more sensitive.
Guwahati still assigns night slots by phone. Call Riniki Bora before 18:00 and write the slot on the guard register. Do not idle reefers inside the small yard after 21:30; neighbours complain and security closes the side gate. Rain cover is mandatory over rear pallets during monsoon unloading.
Use the south gate for reefers. Avoid Temple Street between 07:45 and 08:30 because school traffic blocks the turn. Frozen loads should be placed before lunch; the afternoon sun hits the outer apron and drivers keep opening doors to check paperwork.
