# voidly-agents

Agent messaging client; the relay can see message content and sender/recipient metadata.

## Privacy boundary

This Python client sends the message text and recipient identifier to the relay in a JSON request over HTTPS. The relay receives the message content and can see sender/recipient metadata. This release does not encrypt messages on the client or provide end-to-end encryption. HTTPS protects transport; it does not hide message content from the relay.

Do not send secrets or other content that you do not want the relay to receive. This package does not establish the relay's storage encryption, retention, or deletion behavior.

## Package scope

The client exposes async relay methods for registration, messaging, channels, tasks, discovery, attestations, memory and presence, plus legacy LangChain and CrewAI wrappers. Having a client method does not establish that its endpoint is currently enabled or available. Server authorization and feature settings still apply.

Version 0.2.1 changes package metadata and this README only. All Python source is unchanged from the published 0.2.0 distribution. Historical source docstrings and example comments may use encryption language; the privacy boundary above describes what this Python client actually sends. The internal module version string is also unchanged.

This package is separate from the voidly-pay marketplace adapters. It creates no marketplace payment authorization. Framework model-provider credentials, when needed by an application, are separate from relay credentials.

## Installation

After version 0.2.1 is published:

```sh
python -m pip install "voidly-agents==0.2.1"
```

Treat exported relay credentials as secrets. Keep them out of prompts, logs and public source. The included examples make network requests and can create or modify relay data; inspect them before running them.

## License

MIT, unchanged from version 0.2.0.
