There's no reason you can't use an LLM to help you write. There's only one rule: you can't use a single word the LLM selects for you, even if it's better than your own; users detect LLM words in the parts per trillion. This is mostly synthesized from Williams Style, the single nerdiest writing book ever written, a book made for this moment, when we can finally enlist robots to be our copyeditors. If you build your own robot copyeditor, a feature I'm glad I thought of is the flesh it out button for recommendations. Remember though: if the LLM suggests a word, you don't get to use it.
