The many page's formset, and what an htmx request for it is answered with. No
target pane: a many spec declares no target. Each form is a fieldset of its
own, so a row's errors sit with its fields; a refusal of the list as a whole,
a question's message among them, is the formset's non-form errors. The
commit button comes first, so Enter in a field commits rather than adding a
row, and the add button skips the browser's checks, since its post commits
nothing.
