Plate9 compact art and packaging baseline

Keep each wheel and source archive below 32,000,000 bytes. The release tool
enforces this gate; review the art budget before adding new large assets.

Preserve the 1024 x 1536 portrait resolution and the approved composition.
Use WebP quality 98 with exact alpha for portraits and small eye textures.
Reuse one closed-eye texture for both blinking and the held Focus table pose.
Reuse shared guide artwork instead of embedding duplicate portrait data.

Keep raw generated variations, comparison renders, build directories, caches,
and distribution archives outside the game bundle. Include the final textures,
their catalog and provenance, plus the authoring scripts in the source archive.
Runtime animation must not require image generation or network access.

Verify all 40 guest portraits and the dealer, both mirrored seat positions,
the original portrait hashes, the closed focus pose, and the compressed sizes
before releasing a new build. Original full-portrait pixels remain unchanged.

Audio contains short one-shot cues only. Exclude room-tone.wav and the obsolete
astra-blink-v1.webp full portrait. Selected-profile blinking reuses the eye assets.

After rebuilding original eye artwork, run build_mystery_eyes.py to append
the eight mystery poses. Never replace full portraits with blink duplicates.
