PLATE9 1.2.1 — WINDOWS VISUAL FOLLOW-UP

1. Close Plate9, extract the complete ZIP and run Install-Offline.cmd.
   Run Check-Plate9.cmd. py -m plate9 --version should report 1.2.1.
Your current table, career and stock holdings should load directly.

2. Hover and click the menu, sound, career and exchange buttons along the
top. These four buttons should show no tooltip. Open the exchange and
move the pointer into it: no old tooltip should remain above it.

3. View your cards during the memory window, especially the nearest row.
Ranks should look bolder. Card faces should have a continuous metal
surface, without a separate contrasting rectangle at the bottom.
Check both regular and gold cards as they become visible.

4. Reveal a committed pair. The lower card's rank should remain visible
under the top card. Opponents should show the face artwork directly,
without the black box that repeated the ranks. LOCK and STAY still
   mark their actual gameplay states.

5. Commit a card and replace a card during the memory window to confirm
the short animations still look right. Their timing is unchanged.

The 1.2.0 Windows sound fix and exchange behavior are retained. If any
problem occurs, note your screen resolution, window size, the view you
were using and the action immediately before it. A screenshot is useful
for any remaining alignment or readability issue.

Automated verification uses Linux and the Qt software renderer. This
checklist covers the appearance on your actual Windows display.
