Plate9 1.1.3 - The Focus table signature

All 32 guests can blink in Room view. The dealer remains open-eyed without
incidental blinking. Focus table closes the eyes of both opponents and the
dealer and holds that pose while the room is darkened. Room view reopens
their eyes and resumes guest blinking. The F shortcut operates the same toggle.

Each guest has individually authored closed-eye artwork, including every eye
on the multi-eyed characters and eyes behind glasses. The original full-size
portraits are retained unchanged. Small WebP eyelid textures are reused for
blinking and the sustained focus pose, with exact alpha and mirrored placement.

Only the two visible opponents schedule blink timers. Timers stop in Focus
table, during pause, while the application is inactive, and with reduced
motion. Reduced motion still applies the chosen open/closed focus state.
Blink intervals are independent cosmetic randomness and convey no decisions
or hidden cards. Closing eyes never changes AI memory or game rules.

The separate 52-card replacement supply from 1.1.2 is retained unchanged,
as are saved-game compatibility, protected Stays, fixed current-cycle play
and Trip cards, the approved opponent-grid sizing and public Ting feedback.

Packaging continues to use full-resolution WebP portraits and shared guide
assets. Each wheel and source archive is checked against a 32 MB ceiling.
Generated full-portrait work files and QA screenshots are not bundled in the
game distributions. No additional runtime dependencies are introduced.

Validation is performed on Linux with actual Qt/QML. Windows owner playtesting
remains required before publication. No PyPI upload has been performed.
