PLATE9 1.1.2 — FIXED PLAY DECK, INDEPENDENT REPLACEMENTS

CARD SUPPLIES
* The main 52-card deck supplies the opening 27 bases, 24 single-card plays
over eight rounds, and the final conditional Trip: the original 51-to-1
  opening-cycle progression.
* Fresh slot replacements come only from a separate, finite 52-card deck.
They never draw from, refill, reorder or reshuffle the fixed play cycle.
* Before the post-Trip replacement window, the dealer seals the next 24 play
cards and Trip. All replacements then leave that allocation unchanged.
* Card ownership is tracked internally. A returned main-deck base waits in
that deck's discard until the following Trip; it cannot enter this cycle.
Replacement-deck cards remain in the replacement supply, including after
matching awards and Trip awards. Retained cards stay out of their own shuffle.
* The same printed rank/suit can exist once in each physical deck. No deck
contains duplicate identities. The gold comparison draft is still separate.

BOUNDED MEMORY EXCHANGES
* After the Trip, click an eligible ordinary face-down slot and confirm.
Its old card leaves unseen, and only the new face is visible until the
existing 30-second memory timer ends. The timer never resets or extends.
* At most one replacement per slot per window, for all three players. No
rerolls, swapping replacement positions or reopening old concealed cards.
* A declined confirmation reveals nothing. Pause covers faces, expiry rejects
late confirmation, and save/resume retains the exact cards and time left.
* Occupied Stays are protected. Gold and locks use the explicit Trip exchange
step; surrendering a lock still loses it, and its replacement cannot reroll.
* The auxiliary deck and ordinary-slot exchange are explicit Rulebook 1.0
extensions requested by CC. They do not alter scoring, betting, lock awards,
Stay protection, eight-play cycles or conditional Trip eligibility.

SAVE COMPATIBILITY
Original single-deck saves keep the current cycle exactly and enable fresh
replacements at the next Trip. Version 1.1.1 two-deck tables finish under their
existing supplies, then switch on a new table or full Plate9 reset. They are
not merged mid-table because that could rewrite retained cards or Stays.

RETAINED IMPROVEMENTS
The smaller full-resolution artwork, taller opponent grids, compact info boxes,
unchanged public-board popups and detailed lightweight Ting terminal remain.
See Release-Validation.json for actual tests. No PyPI upload was performed.
