Se sustituye el anexo I de la Orden EHA/1881/2011, de 5 de julio, correspondiente al modelo 763, por el que figura como anexo de la presente orden.
Será de aplicación para las autoliquidaciones correspondientes al cuarto trimestre del año 2018 y siguientes.

La presente orden entrará en vigor el día siguiente al de su publicación en el «Boletín Oficial del Estado».
