PyCForge 1.3.62 / PyCForge SDK 0.2.0 qualification

The release expands bundled math to 35 functions and five constants through
scalar declaration/profile 0.2. The SDK updates its catalogue reader, method
reference and coverage gates. Framework 0.2 removes the earlier two-library
limit and defines ongoing public-contract and SDK qualification requirements.

Engine regression coverage: 3368 collected nodes in four complete, disjoint
file groups. Reconciled results: 3296 passed, 72 skipped (the exact baseline skip
set), and 4882 passed subtests. Five initial release/document/inventory failures
were resolved by the recorded focused follow-ups; this is not a claim that the
first grouped run was entirely green. See evidence/math_expansion_1_3_62/summary.json.

Installed SDK: all 48 tests passed. The installed math starter passed all 48
fixtures (40 native programs and eight explicit source rejections) and its
35 exports met source-call coverage. Repeated builds were byte-identical.
Installed production conversion matched the bundled package and the verified
SDK-generated C across the complete fixture suite, without the SDK installed
in the engine environment. Four representative installed programs were also
compiled with warnings as errors and UBSan; the complete native fixture suite
passed those checks in the engine source regression run.

The installed Qt menu, direct button, import list, metadata and Runtime
controller passed automated offscreen checks. A malformed import preserved the
working registration; restoring the bundled package preserved the author's
file. An independent signals namespace exercised the new contracts via SDK
verification, build, registration and normal conversion. Legacy projects and
packages remained usable; old engines refused new profiles, and SDK 0.1 kept
its old offline cache when refusing the new catalogue.

Product Help verification passed: 30 pages, 81 Python examples, 49 Runtime
native comparisons, 32 Typed native comparisons, five API examples, four C
callers, three module examples and three README examples. The README retains
the approved four images and 227-line structure. Its heading matches 1.3.62.

Scope: Linux x86-64, GCC 13.3.0, CPython 3.12.14. Qt was exercised offscreen.
These are finite tests, not all-input or cross-platform proofs. Calls remain
positional and Runtime-only; log is unary. floor/ceil/trunc results are bounded
to int64. Optional/variadic signatures, factorial/combinatorics, reductions,
arrays/NumPy and native-resource contracts remain further work. Local SDK
records are unsigned. Runtime retains its preview warning. NaN payloads and
cross-platform libm bit identity are unspecified.

The full SDK project and its evidence are supplied separately. The final
handoff report records exact distribution/package filenames, sizes and SHA256
values; no assistant publication has been performed. CC controls publication.
