        Parameter validation utility for Python methods whether they are standalone or in a class. 
        
        Install: pip install .
        
        Test: pytest tests
        
        See src/Readme.md for more details.
        
        See test_class.py for using the utility with a class.
        See test_standalone for using with standalone methods.
