# numpyc

A single-file Python package containing the 8 Deep Learning laboratory experiments.

## Import behavior

Importing the package automatically displays the AIM, explanation, full code and output explanation of each experiment in the terminal. **Press Enter** to move to the next experiment. The experiments are **not executed** during import.

```python
import numpyc
```

To import silently, set the environment variable `NUMPYC_QUIET=1`.

## Show the experiment code

```python
import numpyc
numpyc.experiment1()
numpyc.experiment2()
# ... up to
numpyc.experiment8()
```

Each `experimentN()` prints and returns the complete text for that experiment. You can also use `numpyc.show_experiment_code(1)`, `numpyc.show_all()` and `numpyc.save_code()`.

## Execute an experiment

```python
numpyc.run_experiment(1)
```

From the command line:

```bash
python -m numpyc 1          # show code
numpyc 1                    # show code
numpyc 2 --run              # execute
```

Replace the number with any value from `1` to `8`.
