BinPan Software License

This document outlines the licensing terms for the BinPan project.

1. Open Source License

The BinPan project is available under the MIT License, as follows:

2. Commercial License

For individuals or entities who wish to use BinPan in a commercial setting or who do not wish to comply with the terms of the MIT License,
a commercial license is available. The terms of the commercial license include:

- Permission to use, copy, modify, and distribute the software and its documentation for any purpose with or without fee.
- Provision of warranty and support as agreed upon in the commercial licensing agreement.
- Other terms as negotiated between the licensee and the BinPan project maintainer Fernando Alfonso.

This dual licensing model supports the continued development and maintenance of BinPan while also providing options for users with different needs and capabilities.
