What account/snippets/manage_nav.html renders. Kept apart from it so a
project can override that file and still extend this one.

Blocks: items_start and items_end, either side of dj_auth's own links.

It carries no width or outer padding: the page that includes it is the
container. The links wrap rather than scroll, so on a phone none of them
is off-screen. Nothing is rendered for a visitor who is not signed in.
