What to look for
- Heading. App + Split, scroll a little: "Signals" is cut off 32px under the top edge. Sticky: it slides out at the top edge like every other lens.
- Jump lands behind the pane. Sticky, pane at 45%, untick scroll-padding, jump to #15: the readout should say it's hidden. Tick it again and repeat.
- Focus. Same setup, Tab through cards: with scroll-padding off, focused cards can sit under the pane.
- Scrollbars. Split: the card scrollbar stops at the pane. Sticky: the window's scrollbar runs the full height, next to the pane's own. Which reads better?
- Resize while scrolled. Scroll to the middle, drag the pane bar up and down. Does the content jump?
- Scroll-end lift. Sticky, tick "32px bottom padding", scroll to the end: the pane lifts off the window bottom (the 1c563b29 bug).
- Footer. Sticky, tick footer, scroll to the end: the pane stops being pinned once the footer arrives. Acceptable, or keep it hidden?
