Immutable and GET-only boundary

HTTP creation, correction, supersession, export, subscription, destination, approval, and dispatch are disabled. Offline creation uses deterministic content hashes and write-once storage. This workspace cannot rewrite a report, change a metric, execute an action, rank individuals, access protected Matter content, or access HammerTime Inbox material.
