                            Preamble

The GNU Affero General Public License is a free, copyleft license for
software and other works, specifically designed to ensure cooperation
with the community in the case of network server use. The license is
affero (AGPL) copyleft version of the GPL. The AGPL was written for
authors who want to make sure that when users run modified versions of
the software on a server, those users also get the source code.

When we speak of free software, we are referring to freedom, not
price. Our General Public Licenses are designed to make sure that you
have the freedom to distribute copies of free software (and charge for
them if you wish), that you receive source code or can get it if you
want it, that you can change the software or use pieces of it in new
free programs, and that you know you can do these things.

Developers that use our General Public Licenses protect your rights
with two steps: (1) assert copyright on the software, and (2) offer
you this License which gives you legal permission to copy, distribute
and/or modify the software.

A license is "copyleft" when the derivative works of that license must
also be available under the same license. The GNU General Public License
is copyleft; the GNU Lesser General Public License (LGPL) is less
copyleft. What's more, the AGPL ensures that the source code for a
modified version of the software is made available to the users of that
version, not just to the people who received the software directly from
you.

The precise terms and conditions for copying, distribution and
modification follow.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR COPYING, DISTRIBUTION AND MODIFICATION

                    0. Definitions.

" This License" refers to version 3 of the GNU Affero General Public License.

"Copyright" also means copyright-like laws that apply to other kinds of
works, such as semiconductor masks.

"A "License" means this GNU Affero General Public License.

"the "Program" refers to any software or other work licensed under
these terms. Each licensee is addressed as "you". "To "receive" a
work is to receive as its contained in a physical medium or to receive
it electronically.

" Source Code" for a work means the preferred form of the work for
making modifications to it. "Object code" means any non-source
form of the work.

A "Work that uses the Library" is a work that is based on the Library
or that is derived from the Library, where the work is not a separate
work that is merely linked to the Library. For the purposes of this
License, a work that uses the Library is not a separate work if it
either uses the Library's public API by being generated from the
Library's headers, or it is a work that is a derivative work of the Library.

" a covered work" means either the unmodified Program or a work based
on the Program.

" Propagate" a work means to do anything with it that would make you
directly or indirectly liable for infringement under applicable copyright
law, except executing it on a computer or modifying a private copy. It
includes copying, distribution (with or for a profit), making available
to the public, and in some countries other activities as well.

" Mere aggregation" of a work based on the Library with other separate
works on a volume of a storage or distribution medium is not as such a
propagation of the other works.

" User" if the running of the Program is on a server, the meaning of
"User" is the remote user executing the Program on the server, not the
operator of the server.

" User Product" means either (1) a consumer product, which means any
tangible personal property which is normally used for personal, family,
or household purposes, or (2) anything designed for incorporation into
a consumer product.

" Installation Information" for a User Product means any methods,
procedures, authorization keys, or other information required to install
and execute modified versions of a covered work in that User Product from
its modified form. The requirement to provide Installation Information
does not include a requirement to provide support service, warranty, or
update assistance.

" Running" includes but is not limited to loading or installing,
explicit formatting"
