# RecFlareLogin

## Makes logging into RecFlare's services easy in Python.

# How to Use?
Run `pip install recflarelogin` or `uv add recflarelogin`

Next to your python file, create a `.env` file.

In that `.env` file, paste in:

```
USERNAME=YOUR_USERNAME_HERE
PASSWORD=YOUR_PASSWORD_HERE
```
Replace the placeholders with your actual RecFlare account credentials.

Now, you can use this example here:

```python
from recflarelogin import RecFlareLogin
# Create a RecFlareLogin client
rfl = RecFlareLogin()
# Make an authenticated request with RecFlareLogin's client
print(rfl.client.get("https://accounts.recflare.net/account/me").json())
```
If your `.env` is in a different location than right next to your file, use this:
```python
rfl = RecFlareLogin(r"PATH_TO_.ENV")
```

Now you should be all up and running!

# Misc
This package took a good amount of inspiration from [RecNet-Login by Jegarde](https://github.com/Jegarde/RecNet-Login), this one is way less complex though.

RecFlareLogin was built with Python version `3.14`, using `uv` as the package manager.
