    same way on every page (`docs/landing/src/shell.html`), then the release this tree
    documents.  It replaces pydata's credits for Sphinx and for the theme.

    `data-docs-version` is the version this build is (`sphinx_shared.DOCS_VERSION`).  The
    stylesheet reads it to tell a development tree's banner from an old release's
