Process Memory - a Python library with functions allowing you to easily open processes, read their memory, and even change the values of their addresses.

### Installation
```bash
Python -m pip install process_memory
```

### Get the ID of a process
```Python
from process_memory import *

process_id = get_process_id(process_name="process.exe")
```

### Obtain the base address of a module
```python
from process_memory import *

process_id = get_process_id(process_name="process.exe")
base_address = get_base_address(module_name="process.exe", process_id=process_id)
```

### Open a process
```python
from process_memory import *

process_id = get_process_id(process_name="process.exe")
base_address = get_base_address(module_name="process.exe", process_id=process_id)
process = open_process(process_id=process_id)
```

### Read the value of an address
```python

import ctypes
