ACADEMIC FREE LICENSE (Limited Period: 2024 – 2029)

During the period of January 1, 2024 through December 31, 2029, LADOCK
is made available FREE OF CHARGE to EVERYONE for non-commercial use, under
the following conditions:

ELIGIBILITY
  The free license is open to all users — students, academics, independent
  researchers, and the general public. No institutional affiliation, verified
  email, registration, or license key is required. The only condition is:
  - Your use of LADOCK is solely for non-commercial purposes (research,
    study, teaching, evaluation, or personal/educational use).

FREE LICENSE TERMS
  - You may install and use LADOCK on any machine for non-commercial work.
  - You may share LADOCK with colleagues for non-commercial use.
  - You must cite the relevant LADOCK publications in any work that uses
    LADOCK (see CITATION section below).
  - You may NOT use LADOCK for any commercial purpose under this license.
  - You may NOT sublicense, sell, or redistribute LADOCK.

AFTER DECEMBER 31, 2029
  The free license period ends. Academic and non-commercial users will be
  eligible for a discounted institutional license. Contact the licensor for
  current academic pricing and renewal terms.

COMMERCIAL LICENSE

Any use of LADOCK by a for-profit company, contract research
organization (CRO), pharmaceutical company, biotechnology firm, or any entity
using LADOCK for commercial purposes requires a COMMERCIAL LICENSE, regardless
of the date.

Commercial use includes but is not limited to:
  - Drug discovery or lead optimization for commercial products
  - Providing docking services to paying clients
  - Integrating LADOCK into a commercial software product or pipeline
  - Internal R&D within a for-profit organization
