EchoAct · identity study · one concept, four drawings
The Korean word for echo — 에코 — begins with ㅇ, a circle. Four drawings of that idea, each shown at the sizes it has to survive and on both grounds the app ships on. The accent is EchoAct's own #3f4bd6.
Below 32 px the ladder drops the faintest ring — that reduction is deliberate, not an accident of size.
a · the plain statement
The literal idea: voice leaving a fixed point. Three rings at large sizes, two under 32 px. Nothing to misread anywhere — and nothing wasted.
b · the letter is the picture
A heavy ring and one dot: ㅇ itself, with the sound's origin inside it. Two elements only, so it survives every size — the honest favicon.
c · text speaks
A line of reading, and ripples rising from a point on it — what the app actually does, in two strokes. The baseline is load-bearing: it turns echo into read-aloud.
d · the mark repeats
The reading caret from the main screen — an outline, never a heavier weight — reproduced three times and fading, so the icon's own signature is "echo."
One accent, one ground colour per state. The wordmark sets “Act” in the accent so the name says what it does.
The real test at 26 px, next to strangers. The tile carries it; the bare mark does not need to.

Take Origin's dot and its heaviest ring and discard the rest — that is Ieung. So the small form is not a second design: it is the same drawing, told the truth about 16 px. Ship Origin for the tile and lockups, and let the ladder fall to Ieung under 24 px.
Horizon earns the about screen and the installer, where the story is told in one sentence — and Caret Echo belongs to the loading state: a caret ripple animating outward while the first sentence renders. One concept, four jobs, zero extra invention.
