Copyright (c) 2026 John D Reynolds. All rights reserved.

1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, copying, accessing, or using PPAR, you agree to
this license. If you do not agree, do not use PPAR.

2. Ownership

PPAR, including its source code, documentation, examples, demonstrations, and
related materials, is proprietary software owned by John D Reynolds.

This license gives you limited permission to use PPAR. It does not transfer
ownership of PPAR or grant any rights other than those expressly stated below.

3. Evaluation Permission

You may install and use PPAR solely for internal evaluation for 45 days
beginning on the date you first download, install, or access it.

The evaluation permission is:

- Non-exclusive
- Non-transferable
- Limited to one individual user within one organization
- Limited to testing, learning, and determining whether to obtain a commercial
  license

You may make only those copies reasonably necessary for the permitted
evaluation.

4. Commercial and Production Use

A separate written commercial license is required before using PPAR:

- In production
- To perform work for customers or other third parties
- To provide paid or revenue-generating services
- As part of another product or service
- Beyond the evaluation period
- By more than one user
- For any purpose other than internal evaluation

For commercial licensing inquiries, contact the copyright owner.

5. Restrictions

Unless you have separate written permission from the copyright owner, you may
not:

- Redistribute, republish, upload, or otherwise make PPAR available to another
  person or organization
- Sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or transfer PPAR
- Rebrand, white-label, or represent PPAR as your own product
- Use PPAR or its source code to create, market, or sell a substitute,
  derivative, or competing product
- Incorporate PPAR into another product or service
- Offer PPAR through a hosted service, software-as-a-service offering, service
bureau, managed service, or similar arrangement
- Share PPAR or access to PPAR beyond the user authorized by this license
- Remove or alter copyright, ownership, licensing, or attribution notices
- Circumvent licensing or access restrictions
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble portions of PPAR that are not
provided as source code, except where applicable law expressly permits it

6. Your Data and Results

You retain ownership of the data you provide to PPAR.

You may use reports, calculations, and other results produced from your data
for your own internal purposes. These rights do not include permission to
redistribute PPAR itself, its source code, or substantial portions of its
documentation or examples.

7. Evaluation and Beta Materials

Any unreleased, preview, evaluation, or beta materials provided to you may be
used only for the authorized evaluation. You may not publish, distribute, or
use those materials to develop or improve another product.

8. Termination

This license ends automatically when:

- The 30-day evaluation period expires
- You obtain a separate commercial license
- You violate any term of this license
- The copyright owner gives you written notice ending the evaluation

When this license ends, you must stop using PPAR and delete all copies in your
possession or control.

Sections concerning ownership, restrictions, disclaimers, and liability
continue to apply after termination.

9. No Warranty

PPAR is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the copyright owner disclaims all
express and implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability,
fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, and non-infringement.

PPAR may contain errors and should not be treated as financial, accounting,
investment, legal, or professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing
and validating its results.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the copyright owner will not be liable
for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or
for any loss of data, profits, revenue, business, or opportunity arising from
PPAR or its use.

The copyright owner's total liability relating to PPAR will not exceed the
amount you paid for the applicable license. Because the evaluation license is
provided without charge, liability arising from evaluation use will not exceed
US $50.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions or liability
limitations. In those jurisdictions, these provisions apply only to the extent
permitted by law.

11. General Terms

This license is the complete agreement governing the evaluation version of
PPAR unless you and the copyright owner enter into a separate written
agreement.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will
continue in effect.

Failure to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.

Any permission not expressly granted by this license is reserved by the
copyright owner.
