This will create 2 data links:
areDataLinksAutomatic is
OFF. It's triggered by any View-creating action in Browse —
here "New View from selection", but also the row ⋯ menu's "Add
to cart" / "View in Neuroglancer", the Layer Cart's "Create View",
etc. If the preference were ON, the links would be created silently
and this never shows. The checkbox flips the preference (same pattern
as today's Data Link dialog). Cancel aborts without creating links or
a View.
