Note: Single and multi-row actions are also shown in the floating selection bar below (ClickUp-style), shown when 1 or more rows are selected. Buttons include 🛒 Add to Neuroglancer cart (the multi-layer entry point), Download, More. Adding to the cart bumps a passive count shown in two places: the header NG Views item (visible on every route) and the 🛒 rail icon (in Browse). The rail icon opens the cart drawer; the header item just navigates to the Views page.

Note: The right icon rail (Browse routes only, Google-Workspace-style) chooses what fills the drawer: ⓘ Properties — behaves like today's expand/collapse control (toggles the drawer; reflects the current selection) — and 🛒 Cart — fills the same drawer with the Neuroglancer cart (see cart-in-drawer screen). Clicking the active icon collapses the drawer. Selecting a file while the Cart is showing updates Properties in the background (a dot appears on ⓘ) rather than stealing the panel.
