Third-party assets vendored into the kennis interface.

Vendored rather than fetched from a CDN, for the reason the rest of
the interface is built the way it is: a request to a CDN tells
somebody else that this machine opened kennis, and which page. The
interface binds to loopback and reaches nothing.

Each entry names what it is, the version held, where it came from,
and its licence. A licence that requires its text to accompany the
distribution has that text beside this file; 0BSD does not require
one, so htmx has an entry here and no file.

Everything here is checked by scripts/check_ascii.sh like the rest of
the tree, with no exemption. Concern #313 explains why: an exemption
built for vendored assets turned out to exclude nothing, because a
minifier writes Unicode as \uXXXX escapes and the fonts are binary.
A vendored text file that is non-ASCII therefore stops a commit,
which makes carrying it a decision. That happened once, and the
answer was not an exemption: Adobe's own LICENSE.md writes a curly
quote in "Reserved Font Name", and the licence Google Fonts
distributes with these exact binaries is the canonical OFL text with
an ASCII copyright line. Concern #335.
