The transit legs on Pelorus Voyages voyages range from eight hours (Saturn to Titan) to nine days (Enceladus to Earth return). Entertainment and enrichment programming is designed to fill the longer legs without becoming repetitive across the full voyage.

Each passenger berth is equipped with an individual entertainment terminal providing on-demand access to a library of films, series, books, music, and games. The library is updated at each destination stop with locally curated content — Mars Colony 1 loads a collection of Martian colonist documentary material and literature; the Ceres Waystation's contribution is primarily mining-era audio journals and engineering history. The terminal also provides access to the vessel's communication system for messaging Earth.

Common area programming runs on a published daily schedule during transit legs. Lectures from the science team are the most consistently popular programme: the vessel's science officer delivers two or three lectures per transit leg on topics ranging from planetary geology to astrobiology to navigation theory. These lectures are also recorded and available on the entertainment terminal for passengers who miss the live session. Passengers who wish to submit questions in advance for the lecture can do so through the terminal.

The observation deck is the principal communal space during transit and is open around the clock. During the outer system transit legs, the view of the night sky at this distance from the Sun is unlike anything visible from Earth's surface — the Milky Way is vivid, Jupiter and Saturn are visible to the naked eye as distinct discs, and the reduced solar brightness makes deep-sky objects more accessible. The vessel carries a small array of passenger-accessible telescopes on the observation deck; booking slots are available through the terminal.

Physical activity during transit is important given the reduced gravity environment. The vessel's fitness suite is on Deck 2 and is equipped with resistance training equipment calibrated for low-gravity conditions, a treadmill with harness for running at simulated higher gravity, and yoga and stretching areas. Fitness classes are offered twice daily and are open to all passengers regardless of cabin class. Pathfinder passengers have access to the fitness suite without booking; Navigator and Pioneer passengers should book time slots during high-demand periods.

The bar is open from 0800 to 0100 UTC on all legs. On the long return transit from Enceladus, the bar typically hosts an informal voyage retrospective social event at some point during the nine-day return — the timing is set by the expedition coordinator and announced during the leg. This is the most-attended social event of most voyages.
