Equipment rental is available at most Pelorus Voyages stops and covers items that passengers might need for surface activities but prefer not to carry in their personal mass allowance. Navigator class passengers receive one rental credit per voyage; Pathfinder class passengers receive two. Pioneer passengers may rent equipment at the standard rental rate without a credit. Rental credits are redeemed at the excursion check-in desk at each stop where rental is available.

At the Lunar Golf Links (Moon Base 7, GST only), rental sets include six clubs and two balls. The rental set is calibrated for the low-gravity lunar swing arc and is appropriate for all skill levels. Personal clubs may be brought from Earth (they count against personal mass allowance and must be cleared at Moon Base 7 before transport to the Fra Mauro site) but offer no practical advantage over rental clubs for most passengers.

At Mars Colony 1, surface excursion equipment beyond the standard EVA suit is limited. Specialist photography equipment — additional lighting rigs, stabilisation mounts for long exposures — can be rented at the MC-1 expedition outfitter. Rental credit applies. Boots with additional dust-resistance treatment for the Cydonia fine regolith are available as a low-cost add-on without a credit.

At Venus — The Aphrodite, the pool deck equipment (paddleboards, aqua volleyball sets, snorkelling kits for the pool) is included in pool access and does not require a rental credit. Photography equipment, including underwater housings for pool photography, is available for rent; credit applies.

At Ceres Waystation, surface walk equipment beyond the standard EVA suit includes specialty low-gravity traction boots (recommended for the Occator rim scramble), photography mounting rigs for wide-angle surface shots, and the Leap harness system (included in the Leap booking, not a separate rental item).

At Titan Ice Flats, cold suits are provided and mandatory — they are not rented, they are part of the excursion package. Ice sports equipment — skates, sleds, long-jump platform equipment — is provided by the excursion operator at Excursion Base Alpha and is included in the excursion price. No rental credit is consumed by Titan excursion equipment. Personal cold-weather sports gear from Earth is not permitted on the Titan surface due to cold-suit certification requirements.

At Enceladus and during Saturn Ring Transit, no equipment rental is available; both are passive observation stops.
