Cross LineageTree Distances

• The configuration settings are identical to Distance calculation for one dataset, but there is one tab to select the configuration for each dataset.
• The user may select which datasets should be processed
• The configurations for each dataset like time crop or time level selection are independent for each dataset
• The time resolution is automatically taken into account.
