Recolor nodes
Recolor clones using precomputed attributes
- Select any attribute from the attribute box.
- Select the preferred colormap
- Choose if and how values are to be propagated to cells without precomputed values (Propagate from Sibling is not implemented yet).
- Press Recolor Dataset, or Reset Color of Dataset to restore the colors.
The results of this component are apparent in both Lineage and Napari viewer
