Distance Calculation

• Use the slider to navigate through the different levels of comparison
• Choose the normalization (max, sum or None) and the colormap
• Hover over the clustermap to see the compared lineages and their score
• Click on the clustermap:
• To project colors to the lineages being compared, on the Napari viewer
• Show the sub/-lineages being compared on the tree graph on top
• Tick Move in time to also move the viewer to their timepoint
• Save the comparisons calculated. (The comparisons are also kept on the LineageTree object, thus there is the option to resave the object)
