MD3 outlined text field, multiline variant. Same anatomy as input.html; the
--textarea modifier lets the container grow with the content and pins the
resting label to the first text line instead of the vertical center.
Django's own widget draws the control, so it carries what the form declares
(maxlength, required...); rows (default 2) replaces Django's default of 10.
