== BUNDLED MODEL WEIGHTS (IMPORTANT - DIFFERENT LICENSE) ==

`sahu65/models/classifier.int8.onnx` is a dynamically INT8-quantized export of
`Organika/sdxl-detector` (Swin-T image classifier).

That upstream model is licensed **Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 3.0
Unported (CC BY-NC 3.0)** — NOT MIT, and NOT Apache-2.0.

Consequences for anyone installing or redistributing this package:

  * The bundled weights may be used only for **non-commercial** purposes.
  * Commercial use of anything shipped in this package is **not permitted** without
replacing `sahu65/models/classifier.int8.onnx` with a permissively licensed
    checkpoint and re-tuning the thresholds.
  * Attribution to `Organika/sdxl-detector` is required.

The CC BY-NC 3.0 license text is available at:
https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/3.0/legalcode

Earlier revisions of this project's documentation incorrectly recorded this checkpoint as
Apache-2.0 and described commercial use as permitted. That was wrong and has been
corrected.
