VectorStep Service MCP END USER LICENCE AGREEMENT

Copyright (c) 2026 Alex Dalton. All rights reserved.

This is a legal agreement between you ("You") and Alex Dalton ("the Licensor")
covering VectorStep Service MCP ("the Software"). By downloading, installing, or
using the Software, You agree to these terms. If You do not agree, do not install
or use the Software.

1. DEFINITIONS

"Software" means the version of VectorStep Service MCP supplied to You, in
whatever form (binary, container image, installer, or source, including as
distributed via the Python Package Index), together with its accompanying
   documentation.

"Third-Party Components" means the separately-licensed components
redistributed with the Software and identified in the accompanying
   THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES file, if any.

2. LICENCE GRANT

Subject to Your compliance with this agreement, the Licensor grants You a
   non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide, royalty-free licence to install
and use the Software, for any purpose including commercial purposes, on any
   number of machines You control.

You own the data You process with the Software and any output it produces.
Nothing in this agreement gives the Licensor any interest in either.

No fee is charged for this licence.

3. RESTRICTIONS

Except to the extent that a restriction below is prohibited by applicable
law, or is expressly permitted by the licence of a Third-Party Component,
   You may not:

   (a) distribute, publish, sublicense, rent, lease, lend, sell, or otherwise
       make the Software available to any third party;

   (b) modify the Software, or create derivative works based on it;

   (c) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, or otherwise
attempt to derive its source code. Where the law of Your jurisdiction
grants You a non-excludable right to decompile for interoperability
purposes -- including section 50B of the Copyright, Designs and Patents
Act 1988 in the United Kingdom -- that right is unaffected by this
clause, and You are asked to contact the Licensor first, who may be
       able to supply the necessary information;

   (d) remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary
       notice in or on the Software;

   (e) use the name "VectorStep", or any associated logo or mark, in a way that
implies endorsement of, or affiliation with, Your own product or service.

4. OWNERSHIP

The Software is licensed, not sold. The Licensor retains all right, title,
and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property
rights in it. All rights not expressly granted in clause 2 are reserved.

5. THIRD-PARTY COMPONENTS

The Software redistributes Third-Party Components under their own licences,
which are reproduced in the accompanying THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES file, if any.
Those licences govern Your use of those components, and nothing in this
agreement limits any right granted to You under them.

6. FEEDBACK

If You send the Licensor any suggestion, bug report, feature request, or
other feedback about the Software, the Licensor may use it for any purpose
without restriction, obligation, attribution, or payment to You. Do not send
the Licensor source code, patches, or any other material You do not wish to
be used on those terms; the Licensor does not accept code contributions.

7. VERSIONS AND TERM

This agreement applies to the version of the Software supplied to You. The
Licensor may release later versions under different terms; those terms will
govern those versions, and do not retroactively change Your rights in a
   version You already hold.

This licence continues until terminated. It terminates automatically if You
breach any term of it, at which point You must cease using the Software and
destroy all copies in Your possession. Clauses 4, 8, 9, and 10 survive
   termination.

8. NO SUPPORT OR WARRANTY

The Software is provided free of charge and the Licensor is under no
obligation to provide maintenance, support, updates, or bug fixes.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS",
WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED
TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF SATISFACTORY QUALITY, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS
FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE LICENSOR DOES NOT
WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

The Software connects to a VectorStep instance that orchestrates automated
agents and pipelines that may take actions and incur costs with third-party
services. You are solely responsible for what You configure it to do, for
the credentials and permissions You give it, and for any charges incurred
   with any third-party provider.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Nothing in this agreement excludes or limits the Licensor's liability for
death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent
misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be
   excluded or limited.

Subject to the paragraph above, and to the fullest extent permitted by law,
the Licensor shall not be liable for any loss of profit, loss of revenue,
loss of data, business interruption, or any indirect, special, incidental,
or consequential loss arising out of or in connection with the Software or
this agreement, however caused; and the Licensor's total aggregate liability
arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall not exceed one
   hundred pounds sterling (GBP 100).

10. GENERAL

This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between You and the Licensor
in relation to the Software and supersedes any prior understanding. If any
provision is held unenforceable, the remainder continues in full force.

No failure or delay by the Licensor in exercising any right is a waiver of
   it.

This agreement is governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts
of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, save that the Licensor may
seek injunctive relief in any jurisdiction.
