Loads bundled JavaScript from Vite build.

In development mode with an explicit Vite dev server URL configured:
- Loads from Vite dev server with HMR support
- Requires Vite dev server to be running: npm run dev:js

Otherwise:
- Loads from built static files
- Files should be built with: npm run build:js

The production entry is resolved from manifest.json and uses the same hashed
URL as lazy imports, preventing an older cached entry from starting another app.

The built Vite entry also emits a sibling CSS asset (`main.css`) for package
styles imported from TypeScript, including Drawflow's base interaction styles.
