The extension is successfully paired with the local Edge Agent Bridge daemon.

You can now use your agent (Claude Code, Gemini, Cursor, Codex, etc.) to drive open Edge tabs. Click the extension toolbar icon anytime to view live tabs or inspect logs.

Version Mismatch

The local daemon and browser extension are on different versions.

py -m pip install -U edge-agent-bridge

Start the Local Daemon

The browser extension needs the local Python daemon running on port 18999 to communicate with your agent.

1. Install or update the Python package
py -m pip install -U edge-agent-bridge
2. Start the bridge daemon
py -m edge_agent_bridge daemon start
3. Configure your AI agent client (optional)
py -m edge_agent_bridge setup

PATH-proof commands: Leading with py -m works even if edge-bridge is not recognized in your terminal. Once the daemon starts, this page will update automatically.
