This template was partially copied from the Django Admin List Filter Dropdown
package. It was copied to allow for easy re-use in the other filters within
this library.

CSP rewrite: this used to carry an inline `style=` on the `<select>` and an
inline `onchange=` navigation handler, both of which a real CSP blocks --
and with JavaScript disabled that `<select>` did nothing at all. Now the
link list below is always rendered (a working no-JS fallback); when there
are more than three choices a `<select>` is *also* rendered, `hidden` by
default and marked `data-dropdown-filter`. `dropdown_filter.js` (loaded
below via `<script src>`, CSP-safe) unhides it, hides the links, and wires
navigation on `change` -- restoring today's dropdown UX when JavaScript is
available. Widths formerly inline now live in `dropdown_filter.css`.
