Developed at Helmholtz-Zentrum Berlin (HZB), GraxPy is a tool for calculating grating diffraction efficiencies
and is open to collaboration. It offers two solvers: modal RCWA and the Nevière differential method.
Simulate laminar, blazed, and sinusoidal gratings, or upload and process an AFM-measured profile. Surface roughness
can be represented either with a Debye–Waller efficiency correction or with explicitly simulated random interfaces.
