The PDF view's download control. Its own partial for the same reason as
_section_download.html: parody_web_annotate shadows it so a reader who has
annotated this section downloads the copy with their marks on it.

A shadow must keep the .pdf-exit shape — icon, then a .pdf-exit-label the bar
hides when it goes compact — and must carry an aria-label, because below
70rem the label is the only name the control has.
