The PDF view's two chrome icons, in one place.

Drawn on the same 24-grid, stroke weight and cap style as the annotator's
tools (assets/annotate/icons.js), because they sit in the same bar and a
second drawing language there reads as a mistake.

One partial rather than two copies because the download link is a SEAM: an
installed app shadows _pdf_view_download.html (parody_web_annotate does, to
point at the reader's annotated copy), and a shadow that carried its own copy
of the glyph would drift from this one the first time either changed.
