signal op• Data kinds: signal → signal
• Call: import fullseye as fs; fs.ledger.resample(x, rate, new_rate) (to call the implementation directly, import dsp; dsp.resample(x, rate, new_rate); from the registry, ops1d.get("resample"))
• Return value through the ledger: fullseye.ledger.resample(...) returns **only the declared out type signal** (the underlying function also returns auxiliary values). When you need what was dropped, use fullseye.ledger.resample.raw(...) or call dsp.resample directly.
• Underlying return: (signal, new_rate)
Resample a signal to *new_rate* (Fourier method).
• Sample-data catalog (download URLs / licences) — 2-D uses skimage.data (BSD/public domain) plus synthetic images; 3-D lists download URLs for real data sources (Stanford, PDS, …).
• Operator provenance and references — the sources of the research/methods this op family came from.
• The canonical algorithm (author, year) and its uses are named in the family usage guide above.
